Brian Jones

Brian is Chief Corporate Development Officer, responsible for Alchemy’s acquisition strategy and execution, as well as other corporate growth initiatives.

He joined Alchemy in 2025, bringing over two decades of experience in corporate development, investment banking, and operational leadership in technology services. Most recently, Brian served as Chief Operating and Strategy Officer at CDI LLC, where he oversaw corporate strategy, M&A, and key operating functions for a private equity-backed platform. During his tenure, CDI experienced significant growth and strategic transformation, culminating in a successful exit transaction.

Earlier in his career, Brian spent 15 years at KPMG Corporate Finance LLC as a senior member of the Technology Banking team, leading mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions for technology-focused clients. Brian lives in Chatham, New Jersey with his wife and two daughters.
